Sodium (Nacl 3%)

3mmol (6ml)/kg/day starting from 2nd day of life. {ml = mmol x 2 }

Potassium* Kcl 15%

2.5 mmol( 1.25ml) /kg/day. { nil = mmol x 0.5 }

Calcium of calcium glue 10%

35mg(4ml)--45mg(5ml)/kg/day. {mmol = ml x 0.23 }

Daily allowance of protein

Amino Acid : (10% ) ,15% can be started from 3rd day of life by;10% :0.5 gm (5ml) /kg/day increment Q.5gm/ks/dailv Max. 3gm/kg/dav(for preterm <1200)
15%:0.5gm (3.3ml)/kg/day,2.5gm/kg/day (for preterm >1200

NB:

(10%: ml=gmxl0) {15%: ml=gmx6.6}

NB:

Ca gluconate 10%    : lml=100mg=9mg elemental =0.23mmol
Mg sulphate    10%           : lml=100mg=0.8mmol
Kcl l5%                             : lml=2mmol

Nacl 3% : lml=0.5mmol

Nacl 0.9% : lmt=0.15 mmol

Amino acid 10% : 1ml= 0.1gm Amino acid

15% : 1ml = 0.5 gm
